Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with LATOO. We are committed to packing and shipping your order carefully and as quickly as possible.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Most orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday or the next business day if Monday is a holiday.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the package has been accepted by the carrier.
Shipping Carriers
We may use carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other available shipping services depending on the destination, package size, and shipping option selected at checkout.
Shipping Delays
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the delivery timeline is controlled by the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been shipped.
Lost or Marked Delivered Packages
If your tracking shows that the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check your mailbox, front door, parcel locker, building front desk, neighbors, or local post office first.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, LATOO is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. However, we will do our best to help you with the tracking information needed to contact the carrier.
Pre-order Items
If your order contains a pre-order item, the full order may be shipped once the pre-order item becomes available, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Estimated shipping dates for pre-order items are subject to change depending on supplier or carrier delays.
